Happy New Year

Decided to start a blog about my family...focusing mainly on the two newest additions, my first grandchild, Miss Isley Bao Imbrie and my second grandchild, Baby Plus Sign.

Baby Isley arrived on November 18th, 2013 and is the most beautiful, perfect creation.  She is a tiny petite little girl with the most darling chubby cheeks.

She was past her estimated due date and arrived just as I was leaving for a 5 day conference in Ontario CA.  I am so thankful to Richard and Debbie (Babby Plus Sign's mommy & daddy) for driving me to the airport and sending me pictures of little Isley.  Grandpa Imbrie, Great Grandma Rogge, Kendra, Matthew and Malani were also some of Isley's first visitors.  They kept the pictures coming and told me all about her.

  

                                                        

I couldn't stop looking at my phone during the conference and couldn't wait to meet her in person. Kendra and Katrina went with me as soon as I returned.  She was even more beautiful than her pictures and still so tiny! Isley has the most amazing eyelashes and is so alert.  She has an incredible range of expressions for such a tiny little lady.

Ms. Isley is now 6 weeks old and is still a petite little lady but is now 10 lbs and has grown a couple inches!

In November, Richard and Debbie gave me the good news that they are expecting on July11, 2014. I'm so excited to be a grandmother again! Right now we don't know much about Baby Plus Sign (named for the positive home pregnancy test).  He or she sure has been making her mommy sick though, poor Debbie :(  Here is a picture of the first ultrasound.

Should know by the end of this month if BabyPlus sign is a girl or boy.  Debbie and Richard are thinking about Olivia or Owen for names.  Can hardly wait to find out!
